This wasn’t what I expected – Good or Bad?

The hotel provided excellent breakfast options and the staff were incredibly polite and accommodating.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi struggled at times, making it difficult to stay connected.

It was just a good pick for a short layover in Abu Dhabi with value for money. The room was comfy, and the staff was super helpful during the check-in process. Make sure to ask for a late check-out if you have an afternoon flight.

We had a lovely short stay and really enjoyed the clean, spacious pool with stunning views while soaking up the sun. The late checkout option was a sweet touch, even though we couldn't take advantage of it, and the amenities were spot on. Just a small note, the bathroom doors could use a bit more privacy, but overall it was a fantastic experience! 😊

Great for families needing comfort

The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the managers who went out of their way to make our experience smooth. When we had issues with a baby cot, they sprang into action, even though we ultimately didn’t use it—a gesture that really stood out to me.

Centro offered a convenient location, just a minute's walk from my office, making it ideal for my business visit. The check-in process was efficient, with a front desk staff who had me in my room within five minutes. The studio room was well-appointed with a comfortable queen size bed and a delightful bathroom that added to the relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast had a great variety, and I especially enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and organic juices. The rooftop pool and gym provided excellent options for unwinding after a busy workday.

A few amenities were lacking, such as a dental kit.

I had a great stay, especially enjoying the well-maintained facilities and the delicious breakfast options. The rooftop pool was a nice surprise too! I'd definitely come back.
